This notice explains how Gaudino Construction handles the personal data of people who visit this site or write to us, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Gaudino Construction, based in Bari. For any request you can write to info@gaudinoconstruction.com or call +39 349 701 6289.
To be completed before publication: full company name, registered address, VAT number and, where appointed, the data protection officer.
What data we collect
Data you give us
When you fill in the form on the Contact page you give us your full name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. The data is sent from the site to the forwarding service described below, which delivers it to us by email at info@gaudinoconstruction.com.
The same applies if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: we handle the data you choose to share with us.
Data collected automatically
The server hosting the site records connection data, as any web server does (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These are technical records, used for security and to keep the service running.

Who it may be shared with
Your data is never published or sold. It may be handled by parties providing us with technical services (hosting provider, email service, contact form forwarding service), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and by the agency handling sales when your enquiry concerns an apartment.
The form on the Contact page is run by Web3Forms, which receives what you enter and delivers it to us by email. The service keeps a copy for 30 days and then deletes it. If you would rather not use it, you can always write to us directly at info@gaudinoconstruction.com, call us or reach us on WhatsApp: the details are at the foot of every page.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on the infrastructure of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., under that service's terms and privacy notice.
Transfers outside the European Union
Contact form submissions pass through Web3Forms servers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Everything else stays within the European Economic Area, and if other tools involving a transfer outside the EU are used in future, we will say so here.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights write to info@gaudinoconstruction.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Providing your data
Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to reply: without it we cannot act on your enquiry. The rest is optional.
